Psalm 139   (Paraphrased for easy reading)

O Lord, you've searched me, and you fully know who I am as an individual.
You know my sitting down and my rising up, and you understand my thoughts even before I have them.
You measure my life's journey and see my lying down; you thoroughly know all my ways.
For there is not a word on my tongue that you do not know beforehand, O Lord, and you know all my words completely.
Your Spirit has surrounded me throughout the past behind me, and you are also in the future which lies ahead of me.  You have your hand upon me always.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high above anything I can understand or imagine.
Where can I possibly go from your Spirit? or where can I flee from your holy presence?
If I fly into heaven, you are there.  If I decide to make my bed in hell, a place I can never return from, behold, even there I will not be able to escape the knowledge of your eternal existence!
  If I rise on the wings of the morning, or dwell in the deepest parts of the sea;
Even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, "Surely the darkness shall hide me", to you even the night shall be like light around me.
Yes, the darkness cannot hide me from you, but the night will instead shine just like the daylight for you: the darkness and the light are both alike to you.
For you have created my deepest self, my very essence; you are the one who designed me: you covered me in my mother's womb and shaped my very being.
I will praise you, O Lord, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are all your works; and my soul knows that without a doubt!
My substance was not hidden from you when I was made in secret, and when I was uniquely and miraculously formed in the depths of earth.
Your eyes saw my physical substance before I was even whole or complete; and before I had even lived a single day, you authored my life within your divine will.
How precious are your thoughts to me, O God! How measureless is the sum of them!  They cannot be totaled by the human mind!
They are more in number than the grains of sand or stars in space!  There is no way to count them all: when I awake, I am still with you . . .(view skipped verses 19 to 22 here)

Search me, O God, and know my heart: test me, and know how and what I think:
Help me to recognize any wicked way in me, I pray, and then lead me in your way eternal.
